朱素芹，女，1987年10月生，工学博士，现为青岛大学营养与健康研究院助理教授，青年卓越人才。
2015年毕业于中国海洋大学，获博士学位。2015年至2019年，在中国海洋大学从事博士后研究。博士在读期间的研究方向为水产品加工与保鲜技术；博士后的研究方向为贵金属纳米材料对炎症性肠病的保护作用。目前累计主持了2项博士后基金、参与了2项国家自然科学基金，以第一作者发表SCI论文8篇。
